The project dashboard allows you to see your most important content and your latest comment activity as soon as you log in.

Comment activity

The comment activity highlights all of your @mentions, replies, and resolved comments in one place, providing a central place to collaborate on content with your team.

Latest activity

The activity stream shows the last 14 days worth of comment interactions. You’ll see the following activities displayed.

  • Where you’ve been directly mentioned in a comment.
  • Conversations that you’ve been part of have been resolved.
  • Where another team member has replied to one of your comments.

Show older activity

If you want to review activity that is older than 14 days, press the Show older activity toggle and the list will be updated.

Refresh comment activity

The activity stream will periodically update, if you want to force a refresh to the panel, press the Refresh activity button in the widget title bar.

Organise your entries

Keep your favourite entry views at hand, organise your views into tabs and create new entries. The entry widget uses views that have been setup by your project administrator, shared or those you have created in entries listing or the advanced search.

Default tab

The default tab labelled All shows all entries you have permission to edit and is ordered by the most recently updated entries.

Add a view to the entry widget

To add a view(s) to the entries widget.

  1. Press the Add view button in the tab bar, a window will be displayed to choose your view.
  2. A selection of shared views or those you’ve created will be displayed. Select one or more views to add to the entry widget.
  3. Press Add to tabs to add the selected views to the dashboard widget. The views will be displayed in alphabetical order.

Open in entry listing

If you want to filter an existing view further you can navigate to the selected view on the dashboard by pressing the open in entry listing button in the tab bar.

You’ll be redirected to the entry listing and the view will be displayed, allowing you to further filter the content.

Delete a view from the entry widget

If you no longer require a view to be displayed in the entry widget then it can easily be removed.

  • Select the chevron button next to the tab name you want to remove.
  • From the dropdown menu press delete, the tab will be removed from the dashboard widget.
