Log in to add to favouritesThe quote field editor allows you to record a quote and its source within an entry. It's handy when you want to include a quote from a customer in a case study or a famous quote in a blog post. The source citation is optional.

Field ID | A sanitised name to be used by the API. |
Read only | Prevents authors from editing the field in the entry editor. |
Allow multiple items to be added | Sets the field to be repeatable, allowing an author to create a list of items. |

Content guidelines | Provides guidance to an author of the expected content that the field should contain. |
Field visibility | Determines if the field should be displayed in the collapsed state when opening the entry editor. |
Source placeholder text
The placeholder text for the source citation.
Require source?
Completion of the source field can be enforced by setting the toggle to Yes. Its default value is set to No.
Validation message
Displays a validation message when the source is not populated by the author.
