Form response permissions
Log in to add to favouritesForm responses can be created and managed by a Systems Administrator or another user that is a member of a role with sufficient permissions.
The form response resource supports the following actions.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View | Allows members of a role to see form responses for the selected forms. |
| Create | The ability to create a new form responses. Usually combined with the update action when creating secured forms. |
| Save | The ability to save changes to a new or an existing form response when creating secure forms. |
| Publish | Allows a member of a role to publish changes made to a form. |
| Read | Allows members of a role to mark responses as read. |
| Unread | Allows members of a role to mark responses as unread. |
| Archive / Unarchive | Allows members of a role to archive and unarchive form responses. |
| Delete / Restore | Allows members of a role to delete and restore responses from the recycle bin. |
