Resolve a conversation

If a conversation is no longer relevant, you can mark it as resolved. This will close off the conversation and move it to Resolved conversations.

To mark a conversation as resolved, follow these steps:

  1. Open an entry for editing or review.
  2. Press the View/Add comment button on the field where you want to resolve the conversation. The comments panel will be displayed.
  3. Press the Resolve button, as indicated by the check icon. The comment will be marked as resolved and moved to Resolved conversations.

Note: A conversation can only be resolved by the user who created it or a System Administrator.
