Resolve a conversation
Log in to add to favouritesIf a conversation is no longer relevant, you can mark it as resolved. This will close off the conversation and move it to Resolved conversations.
To mark a conversation as resolved, follow these steps:
- Open an entry for editing or review.
- Press the View/Add comment button on the field where you want to resolve the conversation. The comments panel will be displayed.
- Press the Resolve button, as indicated by the check icon. The comment will be marked as resolved and moved to Resolved conversations.
Note: A conversation can only be resolved by the user who created it or a System Administrator.
